From the time I called to make the emergency appointment, to the very end, the customer service and care was fantastic. Michelle on the phone (with her well-named cat) was informative, genuine and personable. And Miguel – he was just wonderful. Very knowledgeable and patient, and took extreme care in his work. He even gave us extra tips and tricks for clearing snow around crucial areas outside. Really, fantastic company.

John Park inspected our furnace this morning and gave us a very detailed analysis on the problems we were having on a reoccurring bases with our system. He also provided a balanced and well thought out recommendation regarding solutions to our problems stemming from Rollout switch issues on our 2008 Armstrong Furnace. Net result we re purchasing a new furnace which should provide us with trouble free performance and some potential cost savings in the long term. Thanks John!
We have been using Mersey for coming onto 6 years. The technician who visited today (Logan) for AC and Furnace maintenance was very thorough. He was prompt within the time slot booked, pleasant and professional. They also always wear shoe protectors to help keep the house clean.
Called Mersey Heating and Air Conditioning for the first time, as an emergency call over the July 1, Canada Day long weekend, and met John Park, the technician, who came to fix our air conditioner which was not working! It was extremely hot and humid over the weekend, so we were very happy that Mersey Heating and Air Conditioning acted so quickly! John Park was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient, and he replaced the necessary part for the air conditioning unit, and we are very happy with both John and the company!
Cory Latino just finished up here with the annual check up of our heating and air conditioning. VERY thorough and conscientious. He was careful with our home, and made sure that we knew everything that he did. He adjusted the metal sheets around the air conditioner compressor and eliminated a slight rattle. Excellent service!!!!!

Mersey has excellent products and wonderful service. We had them install our furnace and air conditioning last year and have marveled at their service as well. Nick was our technician today and as with our other service people, gave us prompt, clear (explained everything he was doing), considerate service. 5 stars all the way!
