What Customers Say
“My girlfriend, my mother and I have been dealing exclusively with Mersey Service Experts for several years because their service is second to none.
Today, Zhao from Mersey came to help me resolve an issue with my hot-water heating system. One radiator was always far too hot while another, fed by the same supply line, was always cold. This problem persisted throughout last year’s heating season even when the regulator valve on the hot radiator was completely shut off. I naively believed that this problem was caused by a defective regulator valve, which needless to say, would be very expensive to replace.
I was very relieved when Zhao explained that the problem was caused by an airlock within the system. He patiently adjusted and readjusted the system’s water pressure until he was convinced that the problem was resolved. He then taught me how to clear airlocks and how to set the water pressure to the correct level for my system.
For all of this, I was only charged for a service call, which cost me less than $100 including taxes. Thank you (谢谢) Zhao and thank you Mersey!”

“Had a hot water heater installed by Jordan and Mike – they did a great job optimizing placement and running intake/exhaust pipes, gas supply and water pipes to minimize obstruction in my basement. A professional job and they cleaned up everything afterwards. Thanks.”
